Based in Singapore, we tell impactful stories from all around Asia. Our team comprises of people from diverse backgrounds (video production, social enterprise, marketing, education, community development etc). What brings us together is the common goal: to make the good in this world less hidden. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting experiments and interpreting the results to derive impactful and detailed conclusions that will aid in supporting business operations and decisions
- Creating KPIs and other business metrics that defines how our teams measure success
- Working collaboratively with other data programmers, engineers, and key business and technology teams
- Designing, developing, testing, and implementing initiatives related to business intelligence, statistical forecasting, and advance analytics
- Developing and automating reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards that give insights, solving for analytical needs
- Uncovering and presenting findings and recommendations to various levels of stakeholders, creating visual displays to communicate
- Keep a level of latest analytical techniques and identify appropriate data driven predictive analytics from use case concept through experiment design to industrialization/deployment to end users
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Broad and in-depth knowledge of best practice in data visualization, data modelling, statistical methods and analytical techniques
- Analytical aptitude with capability of working with large amounts of data to discover patterns or trends, and derive conclusions based on findings
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational and time-management abilities
- High-initiative, self-starter and able to work with limited supervision
