Based in Singapore, we tell impactful stories from all around Asia. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage event preparations and operations smoothly
  • Provide operational support and event administrative
  • Managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Collaborate with creative or project supervision, and proceeding accordingly
  • Collaborating with internal people and coordinating associated deliverables and functions
  • Act as liaison to outside vendors
  • Ensuring projects deadlines are met and identifying of potential setbacks
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with specified requirements
  • Identifying of potential risks to project and stakeholders and creating backup plans to reduce said risks
  • Documenting procedures for third-party monitoring
  • Preparing method statement, risk assessment, safe work procedure, lifting plan and other relevant documents for heavy lifting and moving related works with project teams
  • Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

 Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Project management skills with experience in multi-tasking with multiple deadlines and schedules
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with others in a time-sensitive team environment.
  • Consistently demonstrates knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviours necessary to provide excellent service to each other, to co-workers, and to clients contracted providers, and stakeholders
  • Able to work late nights and sometimes weekends
