Based in Singapore, we tell impactful stories from all around Asia. Our team comprises of people from diverse backgrounds (video production, social enterprise, marketing, education, community development etc). What brings us together is the common goal: to make the good in this world less hidden. Key Responsibilities:
- Performing a range of qualitative research work such as data collection, analysis, and writing of research content
- Executing of qualitative research projects from end-to-end
- Contributing to research design, screener questionnaires and discussion/interview guides for focus group discussions and in-depth interviews
- Moderating focus groups and leading in-depth interviews and debriefs
- Ensuring smooth and effective qualitative research operations through contacting target companies, and facilitating arrangements for focus groups/in-depth interviews
- Generating research content to be published on the agency website
- Contributing to quantitative research projects
- Preparing and script researching questionnaires for online surveys
- Producing research reports and infographics for clients and other stakeholders
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze data to form actionable recommendations and insights
- Knowledge of statistical software (e.g., SPSS or Q) and Python
- Open to being involved in quantitative research tasks
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik or other software
- Adept at report-writing and presentation
