Job Description
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Liaising with relevant organizations, vendors, clients and partners
  • Attending to visitors and guests at the office
  • Proofread, review and draft letters to various government agencies (e.g., ICA / MOM / EDB / etc) 
  • Assist to review, draft or uplift business plans and CVs of established and successful entrepreneurs 
  • Office administration, ordering of supplies, managing of the pantry
  • Taking care of miscellaneous matters of the office
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management team
