The Kitty Kampung – Kitty Caregiver Intern

Being a Kitty Caregiver Intern requires:

1. Prior experience with care of cats
2. Genuine love and passion towards the care of cats
3. A spirit of resilience and patience in the process of cat care (especially in the face of aggressive behaviour or challenging situations)
4. Strong sense of responsibility towards cats who have been entrusted to our care
5. Warm personality that enjoys interacting with people and creating a welcoming and nurturing environment
6. Good attention to detail that is required for impeccable standards of hygiene and observation of animal behaviour

Scope of work includes the following:

1. Oversee and manage all tasks and responsibilities pertaining to care for cats entrusted to the care of the Company.
2. Achieve high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in housekeeping duties (disinfect, sanitise, clean, etc.) of premises under the responsibility of the Company.
3. Exercise good interpersonal and communication skills for customer service excellence required to host and service the patrons of the Company.
4. Possess confidence in cat handling and the required knowledge of cat behaviour both in a multi-cat facility, and in a familiar environment setting.
5. Possess strong attention to detail necessary for required standards of cleanliness and hygiene and keen observation of animal behaviour.

Candidates may be tasked to perform duties for the following:

• Cat Boarding Services
• Cat Sitting Services
