The Learning Lab is the leading education centre for preschool, primary, secondary and junior college students in Singapore. We develop and run educational programmes in English, Mathematics and the Sciences.
For the past 17 years, we have helped tens of thousands of students to achieve their personal bests at major national examinations and to develop essential life skills such as critical thinking and communication. We take great pride in designing learning approaches which go beyond helping students meet their exam needs to also help them build the key knowledge, skills and dispositions to find success in school and in life.
Deliver a professional and high-quality service experience to customers over the phone for registration, replacement classes or enrolment matters.
Be able to advise parents and students over the phone on suitable academic programme selection to achieve successful enrolment for students
Be able to achieve and exceed daily assigned number of calls.
To work closely with other departments’ stakeholders to support and execute student recruitment activities, and objectives.
To address enquiries at the Front Desk and/or via email when needed.
Take ownership of assigned and ad hoc tasks and projects.
Willing to be assigned to and be mobilised to various centres, whenever required to support business and customer needs.
Comfortable working 3 weekdays and 2 weekends / 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
Able to adhere to work rosters.
Able to commit from September 2022 - January 2023.
