The Learning Lab is the leading education centre for preschool, primary, secondary and junior college students in Singapore. We develop and run educational programmes in English, Mathematics and the Sciences.
For the past 17 years, we have helped tens of thousands of students to achieve their personal bests at major national examinations and to develop essential life skills such as critical thinking and communication. We take great pride in designing learning approaches which go beyond helping students meet their exam needs to also help them build the key knowledge, skills and dispositions to find success in school and in life.
The Learning Lab now operates in Singapore from eight facilities across the East, West, Northeast and Central regions at Marine Parade Central, Century Square, Tampines Mall, Rochester Mall, Jem, Choa Chu Kang Centre, Seletar Mall and United Square.

You are an intensely passionate educator who loves nurturing kids – not just the brightest but also the shy underdog. You will happily go out of your way to bring the best to your students and bring out the best in them.
In this role, you will
- Receive training on how to plan and deliver effective lessons
- Teach cover classes
- Prepare and deliver lessons, mark scripts in accordance with TLL’s teaching and curriculum standards to ensure a high quality of student learning.
- Create and maintain a safe and conducive learning environment for students
- Establish and maintain good relationships with students and parents
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- University undergraduates or A-Levels / IB / Diploma graduates with an excellent academic track record
- Able to work 3 weekdays and both weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and commit from November 2022 to January 2023
- Willing to travel between the various TLL centres for classes, as and when required
- Personable and possesses a natural affinity with children
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds
- Adaptable, resilient and likes challenges
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and classroom management skills
