In this role, you will:
- Receive training on how to plan and deliver effective lessons
- Teach cover classes
- Prepare and deliver lessons, mark scripts in accordance with TLL’s teaching and curriculum standards to ensure a high quality of student learning.
- Create and maintain a safe and conducive learning environment for students.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with students and parents.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Snapshots of our ideal candidate:
- University undergraduates or A-Levels / IB / Diploma graduates with an excellent academic track record.
- Able to work 3 weekdays and both weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and commit from Nov 2024 to Jan 2025
- Willing to travel between the various TLL centres for classes, as and when required.
- Personable and possesses a natural affinity with children.
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds
- Adaptable, resilient and likes challenges
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and classroom management skills
