Intern, Talent Experienc
1. HR Business Process Improvements
- Be actively involved in the development of appropriate policies, procedures for human capital and employment related administration
2. Talent Acquisition & Experience
- Execute the company Talent Acquisition/sourcing strategy; driving best practice(s) in recruitment, assessment and selection in accordance to the hiring framework, relevant policies, programs and process as necessary to enhance the Group’s ability to recruit, select and acquire a passionate and high-performing workforce
- Generate, analyse and interpret statistics and data using appropriate sources and technology from talent acquisition activities to identify future talent needs, and insights that would influence key decision on talent acquisition/sourcing, engagement and retention strategies
- Leveraging on technology used in Talent Acquisition process to build a comprehensive onboarding experience for potential talents and new hires.
3. Human Resources Management System (HRMS), Technology and Data Analytics
- Work closely with other HR Ops and Center of Expertise team members to identify gaps/business requirements/areas of improvements and other system features to meet the following objectives:
- Eliminate manual processes and improve HR operational efficiency;
- Effectively maximise capabilities of the HR systems, especially in the area of recruitment, performance and data analytics;
- Elevate the end user/employee experience
- Champion the development and analysis of system reports to identify compensation, performance and recruitment trends to generate insights that would influence key management decision making
- Proactively initiate and lead market research of suitable HR Technology, analysing and developing recommendations on its use to improve both HR and F&B operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Assist in system design/setup, configuration, testing, training and eventual go-live deployment of HR system(s) that the Group decides to undertake - in close partnership with key stakeholders including HR, Group Operations Systems/IT and other relevant parties
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is:
- Able to commit from end-August 2021 to end-January 2022
- Has a keen interest in strategic HR and HR technology
- Meticulous and astute in analysing, interpreting and presenting data in an effective manner to facilitate reporting and budget requirements
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Adaptable and Resilient; able to work well in a fluid, fast-paced, start-up like environment
- Results driven; able to deliver quality work and exceptional results
- Curious and resourceful with a learner mindset – always seeking out ways to improve or innovate
- Effective communication skills
