The Lo & Behold Group – Marketing & Communications Intern

We believe in hiring only the best talent and assess each candidate based on their attitude and "stretch potential" - defined as the hunger to learn and go above and beyond, the aptitude (not necessary skills) to excel beyond their years, the positivity to tackle both the big and challenging, but also the small and necessary. Our interns are put through an initial grooming period, after which tailored projects are entrusted upon them to run with senior supervision, making their internship with us not only fun, but incredibly fulfilling.

Our interns have the opportunity to experience a wide range of marketing functions (press, promotions, edms, social media, events). They will often have to channel their creative juices to exciting brainstorms, test their intellect at market research for new projects, run social platforms and find abundant energy to execute our never-ending slew of parties and DJ events.

Recruitment criteria:

Passionate and curious individuals interested in eating, partying, pop culture, music, food, drink, art, creating memorable experiences, and in general the world around them

• A point of view worthy of attention & an eye for aesthetics
• A head full of exciting ideas
• Succinct and entertaining writing abilities
• Having a blog / taking good photos / decent following on instagram / love for writing snappy digital
  copy (think Buzzfeed) a super plus
• Happy to talk & engage with fellow human beings and emotionally manipulate others to your will
• Must be able to work hard but play even harder
