THE ROLE
A social media content creator who knows how to step into the shoes of a client, who has a good understanding of business and branding, and who is able to continuously create engaging content. He/She will work with the Social Media team to conceptualise, develop and present ideas and content based on objectives for any and all social media platforms.

A trend setter. A strategic thinker. A supportive team player. Someone who understands social media from a branding and business perspective and able to apply marketing principles onto a digital platform. Design skills is a plus – graphic design, illustration, motion graphics.
Duties & Responsibilities
General Duties
- Conceptualise and develop social media content strategies to meet clients’ objective;
- Develop engaging content through creative ideation and research
- Copywriting - captions, on-visual
- Produce social media content in various formats
Client Relationships
- Interact professionally with clients to understand objectives and identify needs;
- Respond to clients independently and responsibly with the Agency’s core values and beliefs in mind.
THE SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of all social media platforms
- Good linguistic and communication skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of art and design principles and process;
- Design software skills in Adobe AI, PSD, Premiere Pro, After Effects
Capabilities
- Good time management skills to consistently deliver high quality work, ability to effectively prioritise;
- Strong balance of thought and action;
- Good analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills;
- Good understanding of how brands and businesses work;
