Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact, greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
Manage sales transactions, process payments, and handle returns/exchanges.
Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
Assist with inventory management, including stocktaking and organising new stock.
Set up and participate in store events or creative workshops for children.
Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting store environment.
Provide support with any administrative tasks
Assist with online orders and packaging
Requirements:
Prior work experience in retail or customer service is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset
Basic computer skills for operating the POS system
Able to work in retail operation timings including weekends, public holidays
Enthusiastic about working with children, stationery and creative products
