Responsibilities:
- Maintain close relationships with clients and expand existing business
- Assist in managing incoming leads and inquiries
- Create, plan and deliver presentation on various services as well as solutions catered to customer needs
- Prepare costing and contract quote
- Prepare sales report
- Attend to customers enquiries, feedbacks and complaints
- Coordinate with colleagues to optimise sales effort
- Follow up & assist to chase for payment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Knowledge in air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) is preferred
- Possess a valid class 3 driving licence
- Possess own car will be an added advantage
- Able to communicate in Chinese as some clients are Chinese speaking
