Responsibilities:
Be the front line for all prospects and customers
Attend to telephone inquiries and manage appointment
Assist in scheduling and follow up of customers’ appointments
Perform registration, payment collection, data entry and administrative duties
Follow up with customer after their treatment or appointment
Handle documentation for receiving of delivery
Recommend suitable treatments, services and products to existing and prospective customers
To conduct after sales service to existing customers through phone call
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the clinic
Work closely with team to achieve the sales objectives
Requirements:
Must able to communicate in English and Mandarin as there are Chinese speaking customers
Must have sales experience, sales driven and result oriented
Well-groomed and service-oriented with pleasant disposition
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Prior experience in beauty, wellness and retail industry is an added advantage
Able to work in retail operation timings
