Responsibilities:
Full set of accounts including GST
Able to do Payroll / CPF / AIS submission
Assist in preparing balance sheets / audit schedules
AR / AP / Bank reconciliations
Familiar with local banks' ibanking payments process
Able to deal with auditor and complete statutory audit
Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with at least 3 years working in Singapore
Familiar with accounting softwares such as Xero, Quickbook, Autocount
Familiar with CPF submission system, IRAS filing system especially GST
Audit experiences is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese due to Chinese clientele
Willing to learn and good problem solving skills
Strong analytical abilities and good communication and negotiation skills
