The Plattering Co Pte Ltd – Data Analyst Intern

Key Responsibilities:

● Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, including sales records, customer feedback, and operational metrics.

● Use statistical techniques and software tools to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help improve our services and operational efficiency.

● Assist in the creation of regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

● Support the team in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

● Collaborate with different departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to understand their data needs and provide relevant analytical support.

● Help maintain and update databases and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

● Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies, new technology and initiatives.

● Document methodologies, processes, and findings in a clear and organized manner.

Requirements:

● Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

● Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one statistical software (e.g., R, Python).

● Understanding of basic statistical concepts and methodologies.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

● Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
