Company Profile
Quayside Group had been around since 2002 and we are now located at one of the most popular tourist area, Clarke Quay. Our office is located at The Central Office Tower and we are proud to have 2 restaurants under our umbrella:
The Quayside Seafood Restaurant (located at 3A Clarke Quay, Alfresco) and the Peony Jade Restaurants @ Clarke Quay (located at 3A River Valley Road,#02-02) and Keppel Club (located at Bukit Chermin Road).
Job Description
- Take detailed minutes
- Write and correspondence emails, memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly marketing materials
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provide general marketing inquiry to clients/ customers
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from Manager
- Answer and direct phone calls
- And other ad-hoc duties as assigned
