Job Description

About the Internship:

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our team and contribute to our digital transformation project and fundraising initiatives. We aimed to implement a new CRM (customer relationship management) system into our daily operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field and make a significant impact on our organisation's digital transformation journey. This role will also involve supporting the day to day operations in the fundraising department.


Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and execution of CRM initiatives.
  • Liaise with the vendor on workflow modifications (if any).
  • Support the Corporate Partnership team on discussion with other stakeholders.
  • Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preparation for CRM development.
  • Contribute to CRM implementation and testing.
  • Document project progress and prepare reports.
  • Ensure the system compliance with Data Protection Act.
  • Support fundraising events/campaigns administration.


Qualifications:

  • Preferably currently enrolled in a Diploma/ Bachelor's/ Master's programme in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong interest in data analytics.
  • Interest and experience in fundraising and events organisation.
  • Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

 

Duration of Internship:

3 months


Part-time: 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)

 

Daily Working Hours:

9.00am - 6.00pm
