Job Description

About the internship:

As a Programme & Administration intern at The Red Pencil (Singapore), you will be a part of a small and cohesive team and will be given a wide array of responsibilities from programme liaison work to administrative duties. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain a good understanding and experience in the non-profit social service sector. You may be required to work intermittently in the office and remotely.

What you can expect to do:

  • Work closely with the programmes team to collaborate with partner organisations on creative art therapy programmes
  • Assist with data entry, processing and compilation for evaluation reports
  • Provide logistical or other ad-hoc assistance to ensure the smooth running of programmes
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks

What we are looking for from you:

  • Preferably Singaporean with diploma or current undergraduate pursuing the field of social sciences
  • An interest in creative arts and/or therapy
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Good team-player
  • Proactive, outspoken and autonomous

Allowance of S$800 is normally provided for full-time position. As this position is part-time, it will be pro-rated accordingly.
