Programmes Administrative Intern (Part-time)

 

About the Internship:

As a Programmes Administrative Intern at The Red Pencil (Singapore), you will provide support to the Programmes Department.

You will be part of a small yet cohesive team and will be responsible for assisting the programme team in the coordination of art therapy programmes, administrative tasks, grant and proposal writing, outreach, and centre management.


What you can expect to do:

  • Assist with data entry, processing, and compilation for our reports
  • Assist with research and partnership outreach
  • Help organise and/or provide support for creative arts therapy programmes
  • Assist with preparing write-ups for programmes
  • Assist with office administration tasks such as centre upkeep
  • Other administrative duties as necessary



What we are looking for from you:

  • Preferably Singaporean with a diploma or current undergraduate pursuing the field of social sciences
  • Possesses experience in academic writing and research
  • Prioritising and organisational skills
  • Observes work ethics
  • Proactive and autonomous
  • Team player

Duration of Internship:

6 months (minimum 3 months)

Daily Working Hours:

9.00am - 6.00pm
