The Rehab Centre – Clinic Receptionist

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Handling phone enquiries and manage appointment scheduling of patients;
• Calling patients prior to their appointment as reminders or follow-up calls
• Counter duties including registration, billing and appointment booking;
• Carrying out opening duties of the clinic at the start of each day, includes sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, general housekeeping of equipment and common areas and ensuring the clinic premises are ready for the first patient of the day;
• Performing closing duties of the clinic at the end of each day includes ensuring all dustbins are cleared out, switching off all computer, aircon, light switches and ensuring all equipment are placed properly, churn out end of day settlement on NETS machine and the clinic premises are ready for operation for the next day;
• Wiping down massage bed and chairs, clearing out used towels and replenishing fresh towels in between patients;
• General admin work and ad-hoc duties;
