The Royal Singapore – Executive Assistant (Internship)

Directly understudy our Creative Director and other key managers and assist them in their day-to-day admin work as well as learning the workings of the upper management - A rare opportunity to jump right into the top level management and gain exposure to the wide range of skills and experiences needed to excel in your career.

Job Scope

• Organise meeting and production schedules
• Assist in the generation of sales leads
• Join pitch meetings with new clients
• Take meeting minutes, summarise actionables and followup with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of all projects
• Liaise with clients, production crew and video candidates by email and WhatsApp
• Prepare and send out sales reports and content performance reports
• 
  

Requirements

• MUST be able to commit full-time for 6 months
• Have or be studying a Bachelor's degree in any field
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Positive, can-do attitude and willing to learn
• Self-motivated and organised
