The Scent Supply Co – eCommerce Sales Support

• Customer enquiry management - We receive a considerably large number of enquiries regarding our products and services across various platforms daily. The ideal candidate will be responsible in following up on all enquiries or leads from customers in a timely manner (usually within the hour)
• Order packing and processing - We pick, pack and ship out orders multiple times a week across our different online retail channels (Shopee/ Lazada/ Website). The ideal candidate will have to oversee this process and ensure that all items are well packed and shipped out in a timely manner. Not to worry, you will have a team of part time packers who will support you in this process
• Delivery schedule management - Ensure timely status updates and coordinate on-time delivery to all customers
• Create quotes - Liaise with our sales team to prepare quotes or invoices for our customers
• Customers feedback, and resolution - Attend to customers feedback on our multiple online channels and coordinate internally for an effective resolution/ reply.
• Update market place and website listing - As our inventory is split across multiple eCommerce platforms, the ideal candidate will have to update these stock on these sites accordingly to ensure that we do not list or stock any items that we do not have the stock for.
• Inventory management - Liaise with the different teams and update the purchasing team accordingly on the list inventory that we're running low on + follow up and monitor incoming inventory on a weekly basis
• Conduct candle workshops/ attend to walk in customers - The ideal candidate is energetic and bubbly, and is more than happy to meet and assist walk in customers or help to conduct candle making workshops with superb customer service. We're looking for someone with ideas to constantly help improve our offerings.

What you should have

• You've got the ability to do all of the above, obviously!
• Experience in sales support/ administrat ion - You must be someone that is very organised to coordinate all the orders, customer related issues and inventory across our multiple retail channels. However, fresh grads/ individuals with no relevant experience are welcome to apply. We all have to start from somewhere, but our ideal candidate has to be hardworking, with the willingness to learn (be it from experience, the team, youtube, google), and doesn't shy away from responsibility
• You're happy taking ownership and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously - the ideal candidate must be meticulous, highly organised with good time management skills and a great attention to detail. You will be handling many projects and stakeholders at any one time.
• You would be juggling many different projects at once, and thus the ideal candidate would have to thrive working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Ability to provide superb customer service - As you will be handling customer enquiries most of the time, the ideal candidate will have to be service orientated, and any previous experience working in the service line will be preferred. Our service mentality is to always provide a solution for the customer, and we're looking for a candidate who is creative and objective enough to find the middle ground between understanding the situation from the customer's point of view, as well as manage restrictions that we may oftentimes have as a company.
