The School of Positive Psychology is the first education and training facility in Singapore and Asia established to promote the science of positive psychology, positive organisational psychology and psychotherapy. Positive Psychology heightens individual awareness and wellbeing, drives workplace performance, and also expands one's capacity for meaning and fulfilment. Positive psychology is currently being used widely for wellbeing policies, educational frameworks, human capital, organisational development and leadership, and for community development.

Since 2007, we have trained more than 15000 learners, students and graduates; 800 organisations public, private and international organisations.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Be proficient in our educational programme offerings and serve as faces of the school to potential students.

  • Create and conduct compelling presentations of educational programmes offerings.

  • Build rapport and engage regularly with both current and prospective students.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals.

  • Handle administrative tasks relating to new students enrolment.

  • Keep up to date with market and industry trends.

  • Answer student enquiries from all mediums, including but not limited to walk-ins, phone calls, emails and social media leads.

 

Requirements:

  • A degree holder or equivalent, with 2 to 8 years’ of work experience. Open to fresh graduates as well. (Remunerations will be based on experience)

  • Embodies the values of the company

  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to give presentations.

  • Proactive worker with strong time management and prioritisation skills to manage deadlines.

  • Independent but a team player as well.

  • Experience in B2C sales and cold calling/customer relationship skills will be a bonus

  • Able to work on some evenings and weekends every month.
