The School of Positive Psychology is the first education and training facility in Singapore and Asia established to promote the science of positive psychology, positive organisational psychology and psychotherapy.
Positive Psychology heightens individual awareness and wellbeing, drives workplace performance, and also expands one's capacity for meaning and fulfilment. Positive psychology is currently being used widely for wellbeing policies, educational frameworks, human capital, organisational development and leadership, and for community development.

Since 2007, we have trained more than 20,000 learners, students and graduates; 800 organisations public, private and international organisations.

We are expanding and looking for positive, energetic and authentic individuals to join our team.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and admin support for students through walk-ins, telephone and emails
  • Liaise with students, lecturers, related departments and organisations to ensure programmes run smoothly
  • Manage student registration and payment collection
  • Maintain student database and records for Management and compliance reporting
  • Support academic functions and operational duties
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma
  • Experience in service and/or administrative environment
  • Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Meticulous, good planning and organisational skill
  • A team player who is able to work with students, staff and other personnel
  • Able to work on flexi-hours and weekends as required
