The Science Clinic was established with the purpose of helping to nurture in students a keen interest in Science and leading them to discover their innate potential to excel.
Our team of teachers are dynamic and have many years of experience in teaching Science. With an instructional programme that complements the MOE Science curriculum, we help students understand and meet the demands of the curriculum and the examinations.
We are looking for bright young talents who have just completed their A Levels / IB Diploma to join us as Research and Admin Interns.
What you will be doing:
- Research, create and curate engaging and informative content for our social media platforms
- Monitor social media and industry trends to develop fresh and creative ideas
- Conceptualise and create marketing collaterals such as but not limited to circulars, email campaigns and special programme posters
- Assist in the creation of teaching resources
- Perform reception duties and assist in the execution of safe management measures at the start and end of each lesson (ad-hoc)
- Assist with other ad-hoc admin duties when required
Who we are looking for:
- You have just completed your A-Levels / IB Diploma and are waiting to begin your tertiary education.
- You are able to commit for a period of at least 4 months
- You are tech-savvy and are very familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter and Facebook
- You are familiar with PowerPoint and Word and have a basic knowledge of Excel
- You have dabbled in photo editing and can do the basics. Knowledge of video editing and / or graphic design will be a plus.
- You can multi-task well and work with minimum supervision
- You are a team player and enjoy interacting with both adults and children
