Job Description

• Our company is currently looking for Events Executives and /or Events Interns to handle catering and event setup services for event activations.

This is a full-time permanent position for Events Executive or minimum of 3 months for Events Interns. You will be in charge of events management for catering and activation by following the delivery schedule and ensuring that setup is made on time to island-wide event activations and assisting bartender with event setup during and teardown. You will also need to ensure activation is made on time to specified destinations in providing efficient service to customers.

Street smart with experience and the ability to be independent in planning according to event setup and teardown collection timings is an ideal bonus.

Ideally, talents we are looking for candidates who possess such characteristics:

· Must be physically fit and healthy

· Minimum 2 years of driving experience for road confidence

· Good interpersonal and communication skills - English communication skills is a must, Chinese communication is a bonus

· Able to communicate effectively with customers

· Must be punctual, dependable, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (able to commit to weekend rotational shifts)

· Independent, meticulous and self-motivated individual with a positive working attitude.

· Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and a good team player

· Able to work independently and yet adhere to the strict timelines with good time management skills

· Must be physically fit and strong as the job requires carrying heavy events equipment.

· Possessing valid Class 2 and/or Class 3 license will be largely advantageous

· Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

· Able to start work immediately or at short notice

Requirements

• Hospitality, service, and events experience is a must

• Bonus if have at least 1-year experience in related field with a good track record (client testimonial would be a bonus), otherwise training will be prrovided

• Well-groomed, articulate and eloquent in speaking

• Resourceful and well-connected, possessing a strong network of clientele base possess and be able to tap a strong network of corporate and private contacts across multiple

industries

• Possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a team player

• Ability to work in a dynamic. environment and to commit to flexible working hours

• Having a driving license would be a plus
