What You’ll Do:
Engage with Guests: You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service with a personalized touch. Anticipate their needs and help create unforgettable moments.
Assist with Guest Requests: From dining reservations to personalized experiences, you’ll help curate the perfect stay for our guests, ensuring every detail exceeds their expectations.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the front desk, concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication across all touchpoints.
Day-to-Day Operations: Assist with daily operations in the guest relations department, from preparing welcome amenities to assisting with VIP arrivals and departures.
