The Smart Series Pte Ltd – Marketing Intern

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing data, and providing administrative support to the marketing team to ensure that our brands are successfully growing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for all brands under The Smart Series, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and exhibition planning.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.
• Support the marketing team in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure effective communication and alignment of marketing initiatives.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing data, including website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to wow us with Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, and image editing software is a plus.
• Keen learner who can multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing and advertising.
