Your Role:
As an Academic Affairs Intern, you will support the program team to ensure smooth delivery of educational programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Academic Affairs, this role works in close collaboration within and outside of the Academic Affairs team, creating positive experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of programs, including academic year preparation, examinations, jury sessions, and other key activities.
Student Support:
- Monitor student attendance and handle grades data entry.
- Maintain and update accurate student records.
Event Coordination:
- Help organize curriculum-related events such as orientations, seminars, workshops, and business games.
- Coordinate logistics, book vendors, and follow administrative processes.
- Manage travel claims, reimbursements, and payments where required.
Finance & Operations:
- Track program expenses and update the master expense database.
- Raise purchase requests on the procurement system to support program-related needs.
Administrative Support:
- Set up and coordinate teleconferences or virtual meetings, collaborating with IT teams globally.
- Support other administrative tasks assigned by the program team.

- Educational Background:
- GCE A-level graduates awaiting university admission OR students enrolled in undergraduate/graduate programs.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
