Job Description

Retail Sales Associates (Part Time / Full Time)


JOB SCOPE:

  • Attend to walk-in customers and maintain good customer relationship
  • Keeping up to date and being well-versed with our products, new launches and promotions
  • Provide a seamless shopping experience for customers
  • Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as supporting all stocktake exercises
  • Ensure proper management of store inventory
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards by doing monthly housekeeping
  • Work collaboratively with HQ to provide prompt updates
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

REQUIREMENT

  • Able to work fast and independently
  • Ability to read, understand and speak English
  • Friendly, sociable, initiative, honest, responsible and possesses good working attitude
  • Either work WEEKDAY - Mon-Thurs(12-9pm) or WEEKEND - Fri-Sun(12-9pm), with 1 hour break in between (3-4pm).
