Job Description
Retail Sales Associates (Part Time / Full Time)
JOB SCOPE:
- Attend to walk-in customers and maintain good customer relationship
- Keeping up to date and being well-versed with our products, new launches and promotions
- Provide a seamless shopping experience for customers
- Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as supporting all stocktake exercises
- Ensure proper management of store inventory
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are adhered to at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness standards by doing monthly housekeeping
- Work collaboratively with HQ to provide prompt updates
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT
- Able to work fast and independently
- Ability to read, understand and speak English
- Friendly, sociable, initiative, honest, responsible and possesses good working attitude
- Either work WEEKDAY - Mon-Thurs(12-9pm) or WEEKEND - Fri-Sun(12-9pm), with 1 hour break in between (3-4pm).
