Company Profile
The Starting Block offers Learn to Swim (LTS) programme for all ages ranging from toddlers to adults. As part of our curriculum , we incorporate SwimSafer 2.0 programme as required by Ministry of Education (MOE).
Job Description
- Delivering an Olympic standard service to customers, responding accurately to all customer enquiries relating to all bookings.
- Enroll customers onto our programme and ensure that all relevant files and records are updated, including our online booking system.
- Continually develop product knowledge as it relates to our programme and events to enrich the Customer Journey.
- Ensure the accuracy of Financial Records.
- Administrative work relating to the Customer Journey, dealing with post, company procedures and policy documentation.
- Work with the Directors(s) to develop and implement new systems and procedures to improve customer service efficiency and to foresee possible delays or complication and help plan strategies to avoid or minimise them.
