Job Description
What You'll Do:
· Assist Compliance team & management on general compliance functions in order to uphold compliance framework
· Assisting Compliance team in monitoring and enforcing compliance rules & policies in day-to-day operations
o Researching, verifying, and updating compliance records accurately
o Perform standard compliance reviews & checks using various tools & methods
·
Strategize
with Compliance team & management to address various compliance issues;
brainstorm ideas to continually improve compliance framework in order to uphold
the highest compliance standards & industry best practices
What We Seek:
- Current student with a strong academic track record, preferably with business or law background
- Good
communication skills with a strong command of English
- Self-starter with a high work rate, must be willing to take initiative
- Positive, energetic, outgoing personality with attention to detail
- Must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced company
Bonus Attributes:
- Strong passion for business or corporate law, and enthusiastic about learning
- Function well in a startup environment
- Track record of excelling in small teams
