Job Description

Overview

By Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will maintain and improve existing brand business operations and analyzing consumer insights to assist the Brand Manager by interpreting and rolling out our brand's growth strategies.

You will given the opportunity to take charge of the overall operational implementation of all approved marketing plans by working with relevant internal and external partners and stakeholders

You are also required to be work cross functional tasks to support the overall brand's operations to kick-off an all rounded campaign approach.

Throughout the internship, you will get to value add and to support the brand's business performance by analyzing marketing activities .

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Brand's Business Planning & Execution
  • Conducting up-to-date business analysis based on internal and external data sources, with the goal of identifying exceptions and recommending remedial/alternative measures that can be incorporated into future plans.
  • Assist the Brand Manager to developing an long term business strategy based on market trends from previous brand guidelines. Working cross-functionally with front-end, logistics and marketing staffs to ensure that all guidelines and SOPs are properly implemented, and to find solutions for existing operational issues that arises while brand ideation is taken into action.
  • Brand Communication & Coordination
  • Learn and understand our customers decision making process, and working with brand manager in crafting new funnels of our brands communication. Working with external stakeholders for implementation of upcoming strategic plans.
  • Close collaboration with retail teams to ensure business strategy alignment. 

 

Requirements

  • Passionate about learning new tacit knowledges in a young vibrant environment. ,

  • You would like to be given real tasks and work directly with managers from forecasting figures or to mitigate crisis management from customer complaints or staffing issues, you will learn real-world concepts and projects first-hand from us! 
  • Energetic, enterprising and motivated team player that is willing to provide relevant insights 
  • Willingness to learn more about a up and coming F&B brand and improve in their communication and presentation skills
