Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

HR Infrastructure and Workflow Development

  • Optimize and develop HR workflows to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Identify and deploy SaaS tools to automate and streamline HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll.
  • Develop scalable HR infrastructure that supports the company’s growth objectives and complies with global HR standards.

Talent Acquisition and Management

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and develop strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using SaaS recruitment platforms and tools.

Performance Management

  • Oversee the performance appraisal process by designing systems that utilize cloud-based HR tools.
  • Provide training to managers and employees on performance management best practices.

HR Data Management and Analytics

  • Maintain accurate and secure employee records using SaaS HR systems.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making and reporting.

Compliance and Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies across all locations.
  • Regularly update and communicate HR policies, handbooks, and procedures to employees.

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and design development programs for employees using learning management systems (LMS).
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in SaaS HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Knowledge of global HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
