THE TREE CAFE is an up-and-coming halal cafe brand that seeks to create an affordable cafe experience for all while also embracing local art and design. Our cafes are covered with murals painted/designed by young locals and we are branching out into the retail scene with a recent launch of merchandise designed in-house by our cosy team led personally by the co-creator of the cafe.
We're a relatively new team and we are looking for team members that are out looking for an opportunity to join us on this journey of growth and fun. Job Description

Whether it's vibing to our favourite k-pop songs at the cafe or focusing to meet deadlines, we're looking for individuals that are curious and have the desire to learn along with us. Not sure what you may like/would like to focus on? Don't worry - discover it together with us! Whether it's Digital/Traditional Design, Social Media Content, Marketing, Merchandising - all will be at your finger tips, and we'll be right there with you!

In this role, you will come join us as part of the Operations Team - you'll have first hand experience being involved in the daily operations, administrative processes of a cafe as well as be involved in improving/redesigning processes as they come as well.

Responsibilites:
- Carry out daily Administrative and Operative necessities such as data entry, scheduling, recruiting, emails, filing and organisation of orders.
- Be involved in all on-going projects and planning for future projects
- Ensure that communication across multiple brands and channels are coherent and smoothly executed
- Keep to deadlines and Track progress of projects
- Enjoy the process & grow from experience!

Location and Working Hours:
- 5 days a week, 9 hours (Honestly can be flexible as our opening hours across the board are 8AM-10PM)
- We have locations at Tampines - Century Square, City Hall - Funan Mall, Esplanade - Marina Square
and our main office is at one-north (Reporting locations can be fluid depending on preference/purpose)
e.g we usually have meetings together at The Cathay outlet, but depending on purpose like filming content etc we will travel accordingly
- Allowance: $700-$1000/Month

Requirements:
- Qualifications: Nil. Except please be at least 16 (We're an avid believer you don't have to study it to pursue it, so if you have not done this before but you're interested, this is a great time to try it out!)
- Skill-sets: Organised, Task Oriented, Punctual, Adaptable and a good knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Office Applications
- Commitment: Full-time (5 days a week), minimum of 3-6 months
- Plus Points: If you're into K-pop because our cafe's discography is 70% K-pop (but we still love and accept you if you aren't)
