JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for individual who has a positive attitude, great initiative and sense of responsibility. Exceptionally well organized with the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Well versed with procedures, workflow and abide to rules and regulations set by the Company.
- To manage room reservation through email and phone call effectively.
- To ensure all reservation details are accurately keyed into system.
- Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
- To manage reservations on all online travel portals.
- To be able to drive reservation sales.
- To achieve monthly target of sales revenue.
- To conduct market research analysis report.
- To provide daily and monthly sales reports to Sales Manager.
- Any other duties that is assigned by head of department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Good command of spoken & written English.
- Have a pleasant telephone etiquette.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Responsible and with a good sense of task prioritization.
- Willing and able to work shifts during weekends and public holiday.
- Minimum O’ Levels and above.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the same field is an advantage.
