Despite being a rookie in the highly competitive F&B scene, they’ve earned recognition by diners and food critics alike for their quality ingredients, warm hospitality and amazing Italian wine collection from the family’s wine import business. The Vermilion House quickly became one of the highest-rated restaurant in downtown Singapore, with its success largely owed to the passion and dedication to provide a one-of-a-kind culinary experience for their guests.
We are currently looking for responsible and motivated individuals who are interested in the field of hospitality management.
Key highlights:
- 3 months commitment
- Fixed schedule, no OT (Choose 1 shift)
- AM shift (Weekdays 11am to 2pm, Weekends 11am to 4pm)
- PM shift (Weekdays 6pm to 9pm, Weekends 4pm to 9pm)
- 6 days work week (4 Weekdays + 2 Weekends)
- 1 face-to-face interview + 1 trial session to assess aptitude
- Meals provided
- Opportunity to learn various skills, e.g. Brewing coffee, Wine etiquette etc.
