The Werkx Cafe – Barista

Responsibilities:

• Organise and take stock of inventory.
• Service of drinks and food items to customers.
• Calibration of coffees for daily service
• Provide good & friendly customer service, cashier duties, cleaning of dining area and dishwashing
• To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Maintains a safe, clean and healthy work environment by following company standards and sanitation regulations
• A typical day will include opening and closing cafe, cleaning, building relationship with customers, innovating different ways and products to attract and retain more customers, and working with other team members to ensure smooth service at all times.

Requirement

• Hands-on experience in handling coffee machines / grinder.
• Passionate, proactive, outgoing, able to connect with customer and deliver great customer service experience.
• Able to work on both weekends and Public Holidays
• No night shift
• Progressive career objective and motivated to learn and progress
• Team player, disciplined and self-starter
• Basic cashiering
• Good customer service, bubbly, attentive
