Safety & Hygiene
TWP has set in place standards and procedures for effective and efficient operational execution and detailed administrative maintenance.In addition to the yearly audits conducted by external auditors, we conduct regular checks to ensure that the standards and procedures are being practised at our cafeterias all year-round.We have a strong in-house Workplace Safety & Hygiene Department headed by a professional who has had 15 years of Safety & Hygiene experience in the industry, to oversee and maintain the standards across the cafeterias under our care.

Working Days/Hours: 5 to 6 Days Work
Responsibilities
Oversees individual stations assigned on a daily basis which may not be fixed.
Gives full support to the Sous/Chef De Partie to ensure operations run smoothly
Ensures that food served is of top quality.
Ensures that Kitchen is in good condition.
Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
Requirements
Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience.
Well versed in local Asian and Western Cuisine
Comfortable to work in a No Pork No Lard environment.
