Safety & Hygiene
TWP has set in place standards and procedures for effective and efficient operational execution and detailed administrative maintenance.In addition to the yearly audits conducted by external auditors, we conduct regular checks to ensure that the standards and procedures are being practised at our cafeterias all year-round.We have a strong in-house Workplace Safety & Hygiene Department headed by a professional who has had 15 years of Safety & Hygiene experience in the industry, to oversee and maintain the standards across the cafeterias under our care.
Sous Chef (Full Time)
Responsibilities
Oversees and supervises kitchen operations and kitchen staff.
Assist with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
Ensures that food served is of top quality.
Ensures that Kitchen is in good condition.
Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of Commis Chef or 1 to 2 Years of Chef De Partie Experience.
Well versed in Chinese, Malay, Western and Italian cuisine will be a Plus.
Good leadership skills to ensure the team succeeds in daily operations.
Comfortable to work in a No Pork No Lard environment.
