The Candidate

We are looking for a Campaigns management and Operations intern who has a passion for pets to join our fast-growing team!

The ideal candidate is an independent individual who is highly sociable nurture relationships amongst our influencer community, while managing the demands and expectations of campaigns and clients. 

This candidate will work closely with the co-founders and marketing team to perform campaign management activities.

Responsibilities

Campaigns management (70%)

• Manage influencer marketing campaigns and KOLS on behalf of clients. 
• Maintain constant and clear communication with clients and influencers to understand their needs and manage their expectations
• Ideation of creative and innovative campaigns that meets clients' needs while engaging influencers. 
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients and influencers based on trust and respect 
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs 
• Identifying industry trends and understanding insights on the pets community 
• Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data on market/influencer behavior 

Admin & Operations (30%)

• Support the team on daily administrative tasks
• Ensure timely delivery of campaign products 
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers
• Performing efficient inventory management 

Qualifications

• An existing student with a local polytechnic/ university 
• Independent, dependable, and self-motivated worker who is excited about challenges
• Team player with a positive and cooperative spirit 
• Interested in and passionate about the pets industry 
• Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 
• Experience in social media marketing or the pet industry is a plus.
