We are also a pet influencer marketing agency. To date, we have worked with more than 100 brands across the world, with notable ones like Dyson, Aon Insurance, Crayola, and Skechers.
The Candidate:
We are looking for a Social Media & Operations Executive who has a passion for pets and social media to join our fast-growing team! This role is highly demanding and require a self-starter who is excited about a dynamic environment.
This candidate will work closely with the design team to lead & manage the social media platform of both brands - Pawjourr & The Woof Agency.
Responsibilities :
+ SOCIAL MEDIA (70%)
You will be working very closely with the Campaigns Manager & Social Media Marketing executive as a supporting role:
Plan, oversee and execute overall campaign calendar across all main touch points, in particular: Campaigns, Social Media, Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, PR, marketing initiatives and activation.
Create, publish, and share original content daily, including text, images, and video
Constantly improve framework, tools, and processes for marketing to enable better and more efficient workflow
Conduct bi-weekly post-mortem analysis to measure performance and develop improvements/action points for future campaigns
Initiate and create a strong support ecosystem to ensure that there’s always:
clear communication
heads-up & preparation
feedback & sharing
Manage partners and local vendors i.e. suppliers, bank/brand/channel partners, local agencies etc.
Understand key trends & insights about the pets community. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
+ BUSINESS ADMIN & OPERATIONS (30%):
You will be working very closely with the CFO of the company to support him on paperwork and administrative documentation work.
Perform market analysis and research on our competitors from various markets
Support the team in daily administrative tasks such as data entry work
Liaise with vendors and suppliers, update inventory and internal documents
Preparing and consolidating presentation slides to share findings with the team
Qualifications:
Undergraduate Diploma/Degree in business management, advertising or media
An awareness, understanding, and interest in the world of pets
Strong communication and conceptual thinking
Have a passion for social media platforms
Huge bonus if you are a pet owner.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro is a huge bonus

Able to commit for at least 6 months
Existing student with a local polytechnic or university
