About the role – Community Associate

As TWC’s Community Associate you will be essential in the brand’s first impression and integral tomembers’ and guests’ experience within our space.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include being a :

MEMBER LIAISON. Being the point of contact for all existing and prospective members. Assisting totheir queries with a high standard of customer service, representative of the TWC brand.

OPERATIONS SUPPORT. Supporting the General Manager in all operations tasks, ensuring that aconsistent member experience is provided. Liaising with the accounts team at the end of the day forall closing requirements. Supporting Facilities and IT teams in space operations and maintenance.

TEAM LIAISON. Liaising key information to the relevant team members to ensure that all requestsand processes are run smoothly.

SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE. Being fully aware of the services we provide and partners we work with,to empower our members with the tools they need to grow their businesses. Upselling revenuegenerating services relevant to their needs.

EXPERIENCE MANAGER. Ensuring the TWC experience is reflected in every interactive touchpoint.

EVENTS SUPPORT. Supporting with client enquiries and workshop management and setup.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, serviced office or related industriesExcellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in computer and software skills
Interest in the startup ecosystem and the resources available
