As the Creative Marketing Intern at The Working Capitol and Triple P group, specializing in content curation, you will occupy a supporting role in shaping and elevating our social identity. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Executive, your role will be focused on curating captivating content across different social media platforms from the dynamic TikTok to thought-leadership LinkedIn platform. This includes other supporting role in digital marketing and overall project management of the Marketing Team. 

Job Description

Marketing Intern (6-months) - Job Description

Content Curation (60%)
· Brainstorm and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
· Lead on-site filming and coordination according to social media calendar for The Working Capitol and Triple P Group.
· Support in graphic design tasks, assisting in the creation of visually compelling materials for social media, marketing collaterals, and promotional items.
· Support social media trends and analytics, offering insights for content optimization and audience engagement strategies.Digital Marketing (20%)
· Actively participate in the execution of diverse marketing projects, spanning across both digital and on-site, ensuring seamless integration and consistency in brand messaging.
· Assist with website updates and optimization across different user platforms.

Project Management (20%)
· Play a supporting role in the development and execution of special projects, contributing creative ideas and logistical support to ensure successful outcomes.
· Collaborate closely with vendors and external partners, effectively coordinating efforts and ensuring timely delivery of services for both offline and online campaigns.
· Assist in organizing and executing offline events and activations, ensuring each event is aligned with the company’s branding and marketing goals.

Requirements:
· Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred
· Ability to liaise effectively with vendors and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and project execution.
· Familiar with video filming and content editing with a short turnaround time.
· Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
· Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
· Creative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
· Change agile and comfortable with ambiguity.
