Job Description

The Role: Customer Service Executive is a key member of our founding team that helps to deliver our service offerings to our clients in a way that drives real disruption to the industry. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this member will execute daily tasks which helps to achieve our strategic mission to provide a consistent, transparent and excellent experience for our clients. Our current offerings include maintenance, authentication, secure storage and collateral loans (all accessible in one single app very soon).

As Customer Service Executive, you will receive

  • Salary range of SGD$2000 to $2500 monthly.

As Customer Service Executive, you will

  • Receive and follow up with clients in person and across social networks.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices and statements for our clients and maintain proper filing of these documents.
  • Ensure we are properly tracking and updating job orders from our clients.
  • Resolve customer matters promptly and professionally.
  • Check, track and maintain inventory of watches from our clients.
  • Foster an impeccable public image in person, perspective and place.
  • Coordinate the efforts of our team members, suppliers and service providers so that we deliver on time (and on budget).
  • Follow operating procedures while offering the best experience for our clients.
  • Monitor customer feedback and offer suggestions to improve.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks.

As Customer Service Executive, you will require

  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Prior work experience in customer service.
  • Passion and patience in helping clients solve their difficulties.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Willingness to work half a day on Saturdays.
  • Resilience to criticism, hardships and setbacks.
  • Ability to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, navigating websites and apps.
  • Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram and maybe TikTok.
