Full time Position
POSITION: Warehouse Executive cum Admin
--> THIS IS A PHYSICAL JOB. There is no work from home option for this position.
Job Scope:
(1) Manage incoming stock.
(2) Keep neat records of existing stocks & stock movement/flow.
(3) Sort out/process stock and keep warehouse/office neat & tidy.
(4) Prepare stock for sales events & repack stock that come back from sales events.
(5) Stock take.
(6) Check, print, pack and arrange delivery of customer’s orders from our online platforms daily & ad-hoc wholesale orders.
(7) Process redemption of products coming in via email and through walk ins.
(8 ) Attend to customer phone calls (if any) and take messages to be passed along efficiently.
(9) Assist to sort out stock & arrange neatly into warehouse from container/LCL shipments. (No unloading of container - this is done by our freight company.)
(10) Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business.
Job Requirements:
Able to read & write English well.
Know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
Willing to learn.
Neat & good eye on details.
No minimum qualifications. We look at your work attitude, not paper qualifications.
Prefer someone who has interest in baby/kids products.
Able to work on weekends (with OT pay) when required during events like Expo fair.
Bonus: Class 3 license with experience driving van or small lorry.
Work Hours: Choose any 1 option
(1) Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm
(2) Mon to Sat 9am to 4pm
Work Location: New Industrial Road (Near Bartley MRT/Serangoon MRT)
Office is aircon, you will get your own desk.
