Job Description
- Conducting regular and consistent quality checks on client accounts
- Addressing client queries with regards to the platform and escalating to relevant parties where necessary
- Advising clients on maximizing the potential of their account
- Maintaining strong and long-lasting client relationships
- Collaborating with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the industry
- Conducting in-person or remote tutorial sessions with new clients with assistance
Job Requirements:
- Some experience in client management or service
- Experience in IT services and solutions is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
