The Centre Management Executive is responsible for managing center operations and providing outstanding customer service. He/She leads the development of center initiatives and improvements for the effective delivery of center programs and services. He/She also drives the development of procedures, standards, and risk management frameworks.
He/She is a highly experienced individual who possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and parents.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee the daily operations of the teaching center
Liaise with HQ, teachers, and parents with regard to students and Centre matters
Plan for logistics and other administrative issues
Handle inquiries and provide regular feedback
Handle fees payment and claim matters
Other related duties as assigned by the Superior
REQUIREMENTS
experience in managing a Student Care Centre, Childcare Centre, or Kindergarten will be a plus
Possess good communication skills
High responsibility, Meticulous, and able to multi-task
Able to communicate in both Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin speaking parents
WORKING HOURS
Wed- Friday: 2pm-6pm.
Sat: 8.30am-7pm.
Sun: 8.30am-5.30pm
Offday: Mon & Tue
